Kefir Smoothie

(from Pleasant Hill Grain)

1 ¼ cups whole-milk buttermilk, yogurt, or kefir
1 ripe banana or 1 cup berries (fresh or frozen)
2 TB coconut oil
3-4 TB maple syrup or raw honey
1 tsp. vanilla (omit with berries)
Pinch of nutmeg
 

Blend and enjoy! :)
